Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition and unused. This also applies if the product has already been opened from its original packaging.

We don't accept returns for used beauty and health products due to hygiene and safety reasons. This policy is in line with industry standards.

If you are requesting a full refund, the item must be returned at your own cost. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

A small freight fee may apply for shipping replacements, depending on your location.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.

If you have received a faulty product, we will replace it at our cost. Be sure to send a photo as proof within 48 hours of receiving the item.
